Friday Five

1. What is your most prized material possession?

My washer and dryer. I'm sure I've gushed about them before. I adore them. Adore.

2. What item, that you currently own, have you had the longest?

A stuffed cat that I slept with every night for about 12 years. His name is Socks, and he's coming apart at the seams, but I'll never throw him out. Incidentally, I no longer sleep with him.

3. Are you a packrat?

I'm the opposite. I'm constantly throwing things I've managed to collect out. I like neat, tidy, and uncluttered.

4. Do you prefer a spic-and-span clean house? Or is some clutter necessary to avoid the appearance of a museum?

Spic and span all the way. I've got knick-knacks and whatnot to make it look homey, sure, but there's a place for everything and it damn well better be in that place.

5. Do the rooms in your house have a theme? Or is it a mixture of knick-knacks here and there?

A theme? No... unless you count my husband's room for all of his stuff. In there, the theme is sloppy artist. ~Grins~ He'd kill me if he knew I said that.

By the way, I'll be gone for a few days. Going to California with my mom for a few days, since we already had the tickets. I'll see you all... probably on Wednesday. Have a good weekend, everyone.
